Our caravan is a BK Senator with excellent interior and furnishings to a high standard.

Leading from the lounge is a well equipped kitchen with high level cooker, separate grill and built in combination microwave, five ring gas stove, integrated fridge and freezer, dish washer, with lovely modern units all finished to high standards. Iron and ironing board is also included. There is a dining table and four chairs with full patio doors.
From the kitchen you are lead into the hallway and onto the bathroom, fitted with a bath and overhead fitted shower , heated towel rail, basin, shaver points and plenty of room to move about.

The twin bedroom features two single beds with hanging space and small dressing table plus radiator. The main master bedroom is stunning with over the bed drapes, glass sliding wardrobe doors with TV/DVD enclosed in the wardrobes, also hanging space and drawers for storage. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite toilet and basin. Also there is a hair dryer and pair of straightners.

To the outside is a veranda which leads from the patio doors and round to the front of the caravan where a table and chairs are situated to sit and look out to sea.

We include all quilts and pillows; you just have to provide your own linen, towels etc.
Passes can be included in your price or you can purchase these when you get on site.
Gas and electric are all included in the price of the caravan.
We have been on the park for four years now and on the Close where the caravan is sited, for three years. We have always had the pleasure in meeting some lovely people, many of whom booked year after year, which is nice
On site amenities include a pub/club, amusements arcades, indoor pool area, restaurant, fish and chips take away, grocery shop, launderette, kids club, playground and bike hire.

The lounge features six full pains of glass to the front of the caravan, which enhances the lounge bringing lots of light in and allowing spectacular views overlooking the Filey coast.

It is carpeted for extra comfort and also fitted is a double pullout bed from the suite. Included in the lounge is a TV, DVD player, video recorder, Sky freeview, CD player with radio, and a Playstation 2 (you will need to bring your own games).

Every room is closed off giving you that privacy just like at home, and giving the lounge that extra cosy feel.

The lounge is fitted with drapes and lovely lighting to make those evenings extra special with that bottle of wine, also fitted throughout are radiators and double glazing
