You are currently looking at our privately owned, Prestige, luxury static caravan which is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on Cedar Woods, of Haven Holiday Park Reighton Sands. This is a sought after quiet area of the park with panoramic sea views from the bay windows.
This caravan is less then 5 minutes away from all the park amenities, but you don’t have the disadvantage of cars driving between the static so being safe for your children to play out.
This ABI Polaris comes double glazed with central heating in every room.
It is a 3 bedroom static caravan, which will sleep 8 using the pull out double bed in the lounge area.
The master bedroom has a double bed with a fitted wardrobe and fitted units for storage.
Bedrooms two and three are identical with two single beds that can be brought together to make a double if required, as well as a fitted wardrobe and storage in each.
The living room and dining area is spacious. The kitchen comes complete with a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge freezer and all the usual place settings to dine up to 8 people. There are two WCs, the main has a full size shower, toilet and sink, and the second has a toilet and sink.
The Reighton Sands Entertainment Complex
This has a beer garden next to The Finnigans bar/diner offering meals from early breakfast until late, including a salad bar, curry nights, pizzas etc, all at reasonable prices. There is also a fish & chip shop next door, which is open till late, a Funworks amusements arcade consisting of dance machines, tenpin bowling, slot machines, pool tables, table hockey and more.
All this will keep your children occupied whilst you enjoy a drink and a laugh in the Sands Cabaret Club, with the entertainers and live shows - and not forgetting the daily live appearances from Rory and all his friends.
On site is a launderette, hire shop, a convenience store with off licence.
Out & About
Reighton Sands Holiday Park is central to Scarborough (20 minute drive from the park), Bridlington (30 minutes), Filey (20 minutes), Whitby and York, which are around 50 minutes. All these times are approximate, but if you want to relax and let someone else do the driving there is an excellent bus service at hand.
The bech is only 2 minutes from the park if you ride down on the Club Tractor, which takes you up and down to the beach every 10 minutes
