We have a new Willerby Summer 2009 model situated at the popular Pine Ridge area of the park which is close to all amenities. The caravan sleeps 8, three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. The lounge area has ample seating and under seat storage, dining table with stools. A flat screen TV/ DVD, Radio/CD player, and various cupboards for storage.
Kitchen- comes fully equipped with built in oven/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/ freezer, iron and all crockery, pots and pans.
Bathroom - shower cubical with constant hot water, toilet and wash basin with under storage unit.
Bedrooms- master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, over head storage & a standing heater. Twin rooms have two beds, single wardrobe and separate shelving. All rooms are provided with pillows & quilts, but could you bring your own linen, (these can be purchased separately at a premium).
All gas, electricity and water are included in the price. The entertainment passes are ‘NOT INCLUDED’ ‘but these can be purchased from the site’s reception area if required. Some of our hirers do not want passes so this method is fair to all.
For the safety of our guests the caravan is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and all windows in each room open.
Please note: Smoking & Pets are strictly forbidden.
Local amenities- beach, scenic walks, water sports, fishing, nature reserve, historical attractions, theme parks and plenty of pubs/clubs in nearby towns.
Site amenities, (not requiring passes) - fishing, tennis courts, pitch and putt, golf course, crazy golf, restaurant, takeaways, grocery shop, pub, launderette, funfair, boating lake, go karts, climb wall, abseiling, trampoline.
Site amenities, (requiring membership) - pub/club, amusement arcade, 2 swimming pools.
Occupancy is from Saturday to Saturday weekly, can do mid week but only in low season - departure is by10.30 am and arrival after 3pm please.
Please remember to reserve your dates to avoid disappointment; all you need is a £50 non refundable deposit.
