This luxury 2005 35ft x 12ft EXTRA wide caravan is ideally situated on Beech Grove. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) where one of the single beds can be folded down to make room for a travel cot if necessary (provided).
The spacious lounge is equipped with a 21" TV, DVD player, Freeview, mini CD Hi-if and gas fire. For additional comfort the bedrooms have plinth heaters and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room.
The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full size oven & hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
There is a full size walk in shower and a separate toilet.
A fire extinguisher,and smoke alarm are provided for your safety. Duvets and pillows are all provided. Please provide your own bed linen,towels and tea towels.
Parking is on a drive at the side of the caravan. The caravan is equipped to a high standard and has the added advantage of a large 19ft x 9ft decked veranda with furniture & gate.
Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased on arrival at Flamingoland. The cost of these is not included in the price of the caravan hire.
Some short breaks available. Book early to avoid disappointment.
