The Caravan is a Luxury, Gold Standard Willerby Winchester 38' X 12' with UPVC Double Glazing and full gas central heating. It has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin single bed bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge and comfortably sleeps 8.
In the lounge there 28" widescreen TV, DVD player, Freeview, also a CD/Radio compi player. All the furniture in the lounge and dining area is free standing. Heating is by radiator and an electric fire. For the "odd" rainy day there is a selection of books, DVDs, CDs, board games and cards.
The shower room has a full size shower, basin,toilet, vanity mirror and shaver point.
The well apointed and well equioed kitchen is fitted with a 4 burner gas hob, gas grill and gas oven. Also provided is a microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle and blender. All crockery, food peperation and eating utensils are provided.You name it, its there!! An initial supply of fresh milk, tea, coffee and sugar are supplied.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedrooms 2 and three have twin single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes cupboards vanity mirrors and radiators. Bedroom 1 also has a colour television/DVD combi. Linen is provided, except towels, and beds will be made up.
Car parking is either on the road at the front of the caravan or the tarmac area to the side.
No parking on the grass.
Heating, cooking and hot water are by gas, and there are always two large cylinders connected. The electricity, water and sewage are connected to the mains. All gas and electricity systems are safety tested and certificates provided. All utilities are included in the rent.
Some 4/5 night midweek short breaks may be available low-season. Weekend short breaks are not available ever.

Park Resorts Cayton Bay is situated on the coast 3 miles south of Scarborough, 8 miles north of Filey and 15 miles north of Bridlington.

Local attractions in Scarborough include:-Sealife Centre with Seal Rescue, the ancient castle,and the Fish Market. In addition there are the usual seaside resort attractions.
Within an hours drive of Cayton Bay there is Whitby (22 miles) with its Abbey, Captain Cook Centre and the Dracula Experience!!. Flamingo Land theme park and zoo (15 miles), Eden Camp, award winning WW2 Prisoner of War, camp and museum, Kinderland, York (34 miles) with its famous Minster,Castles, City walls, and the Viking Centre. Staintodale Shire Horse farm and the North York Moors Steam Railway - an 18 mile journey through the Moors plus railway interest attraction. Castle Howerd is also nearby as is Heartbeat Country.
The local bus service stops outside reception
