Our luxury van is sited on a nice quiet part of Primrose valley (Rose Bank) with an off road hard standing parking space, double glazing, central heating, decking and an elevated position giving views across the park (with views to the sea from the decking).
The decking has been fitted recently and is a lovely place to sit in the evening sunshine.
The caravan is only 2 years old and in excellent condition with a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. It sleeps 8 with one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull out double bed in the living area if required.
There is a flat screen TV in the living area with built in DVD player, and freeview is available. There is also a separate gas fire in the living room if required.
The kitchen has all you need for a self catering break - gas hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave along with all the cutlery you should need.
The main bedroom has ample wardrobe space along with additional under bed storage for your empty suitcases. Both the twin bedrooms have plenty of storage also with wadrobes and cupboards - all have convenient electricity points for hairdryers etc.
There is a separate WC room with wash bowl and also a shower room with wash bowl.
Primrose Valley
Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship park in the North and has recently undergone a £6million renovation. It is ideal for a family fun holiday or as a base to explore the surrounding area.
There are extensive on site facilities including a large multi level pool complex and two additional pools (one outdoor).
They also offer a cimbing wall, funfair, boating lake, freshwater fishing, tennis courts, playground, crazy golf, all weather multi sports courts and go-karts.
There are kids clubs and lots of daytime entertainment and sprots programmes for the little ones and 2 large showbars for the packed evening entertainment programme.
The park also boasts a well equipped shop, Starbucks coffee house, Papa Johns pizza restaurant, fish & chip shop, Burger King, Chinese restaurant and a 'Mash & Barrell' pub which also serves food
